Frequently Asked Questions

We charge a $425 Flat Fee for either the Listing or Buying side of a transaction. If you are the agent that represents both the Seller and the Buyer, the Fee is $650.00.

We do not charge a Cancellation Fee. If you're contract does not close then you are not charged a fee.

 We manage the details, deadlines, and documents, giving you more time for what matters most: lead generation, networking, and self-care.

Your TC has very similar hours to a lender and the title company. Your TC will discuss their availability during the weekends during onboarding. Our standard hours are Mon-Fri 10am-6pm and availability on the weekend based on level of importance.

Certainly! We can take over at any point in the file. Your TC can evaluate the specifics of the transaction and discuss the process moving forward. This happens often when agents are coming on board with Accurate Transactions and in the middle of transactions.
